Geographic Coverage
We ship to the following countries and regions:
European Union: All member countries.
United States: All continental states (excluding remote territories).
Canada: All major provinces and territories.
Australia: All mainland territories and Tasmania.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time is 11 to 23 business days, depending on the destination:
European Union: 11–18 business days
United States: 15–23 business days
Canada: 15–23 business days
Australia: 18–23 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Same-day shipping is not available.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Incorrect Address and Delays
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1–2 additional business days.
If you need to change your address, please email us at support@etsvia.store as soon as possible.
Address changes are not guaranteed after your order is processed.
Delivery and Signature
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door.
If the courier considers it unsafe to leave, the package may be held at a local post office or a re-delivery attempt will be made.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package (such as a work or friend's address).
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside the U.S.) are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees charged by their local customs office.
We ship DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). These costs are not included in the product price and are non-refundable.
DHL may prepay duties to expedite delivery and will send an invoice to you after delivery for reimbursement, including a small handling fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, contact us at support@etsvia.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to request a replacement or refund.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear.
